Sam moved to Philadelphia in 2006 and has seen firsthand the rapid expansion and economic growth that our metropolitan area has experienced in the past decade. Licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware, Sam's coverage areas include Center City Philadelphia, as well as many surrounding areas, including the Main Line, Northwest Philadelphia and Delaware.

Sam holds a BA in Political Science from Vassar College and an MA in Romance Languages from the University of Pennsylvania. Sam is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
