About Sam

Sam moved to Philadelphia in 2006 and has seen firsthand the rapid expansion and economic growth that our metropolitan area has experienced in the past decade. Licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware, Sam's coverage areas include Center City Philadelphia, as well as many surrounding areas, including the Main Line, Northwest Philadelphia and Delaware.

For clients relocating to the Philadelphia area, his wide range of knowledge is essential to achieving the best results in a timely manner. With over 15 years of real estate experience, Sam is a skilled negotiator who advocates on behalf of his clients to attain their real estate goals. Sam holds a BA in Political Science from Vassar College and an MA in Romance Languages from the University of Pennsylvania. Sam is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. He has lived in Spain, Argentina and Italy, but is proud to call Philadelphia home!
